Note:-
1. Prices are firm & escalation free from the respective dates of booking.
2. Company reserves the right to change the prices without notice. Prices ruling on the date of booking shall be applicable.
3. The above prices are Exclusive of External Development  Charges (EDC) & Infrastructure Development Charges. At present these charges are Rs. 150/- per sq. ft. In case of any upward revision thereof or any other charges by any Govt. agencies in future, the same shall be recovered on pro-rata basis.
4. Other charges as indicated in the Buyer Agreement shall be payable additionally.
5. The payment due for Construction Linked Plan on the basis of present stage of construction shall be paid within 30 days of booking and the balance shall be paid as per the above plan.
6. Registration, Stamp Duty & other charges as applicable, would be payable by the allotee at the time of execution of sale deed.
7. Any additional facility, if provided or charges applicable in future will be charge extra.
8. The above area are super built-up area which include covered plus proportionate share of common area such as stair case, passage community space, lift facilities etc.
9. All building plans, layout, specifications etc. are tentative & subject to variation & modification as decided by the company or competent authority sanctioning such plans.
